Narrative

We provide emergency services to anyone who is experiencing a need for behavioral health, crisis intervention.  We provide these services on site in our ES Location at 100 South Street Southbridge and 340 Thompson Rd Webster, Massachusetts

We also provide mobile crisis intervention and can see individuals at any appropriate location in the community including their home or group home.

We arrange other levels of care for individuals, we make referrals and we provide follow up to individuals who do not get admitted to a 24-hour level of care.

We no longer have Crisis Beds or Respite beds.  Those beds are now contracted to Riverside Communities of Care in Milford, MA
