Narrative

The REACH early intervention program provides special services to families with children between birth and three years of age who have, or are at risk for, developmental delays. The REACH program assists parents in understanding the developmental needs of young children, and in learning ways to help their children grow. Services are funded through private insurance, Medicaid, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the Hampshire Community United Way, and an annual participation fee from families.
