Narrative

Recovery Coach provides daily aid with peer to peer activities with individuals who are on the recovery path in their community. These services are designed as an integrated part of a comprehensive addiction treatment continuum and Recovery Coaches create a relationship that connects the individuals in treatment to healthier behaviors in their community by using a wellness plan.

Eligibility: Individuals and their families can access RSN and RC services by self-referral based on insurance coverage and medical necessity or referral by a primary  care medical provider or behavioral health provider, court provider or a community provider that has consent and is able to show the need for RSN and RC Services with a substance use, addiction and/or co-occurring disorders DSM-5 diagnosis.  We also serve youth ages 13-17 years old and adults ages 18 years old and up.
