Narrative

Our programs and services have had a positive impact on both individuals, families and the community at large in so many ways. YMCA programs teach new skills, develop self-confidence and healthy lifestyles. They also provide important child care, fitness and recreational opportunities for thousands of people each year. We help to develop strong character and teaching positive values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. We invite you to visit us. Discover our programs and services. Adults with disabilities are invited to come to our themed dances with music, friends and fun! Dances are held on the first Friday of every month from 6:30-8:30 pm. Dessert and drinks will be provided. People who need help must be accompanied by a caregiver or family member who can attend free of charge.
