Narrative

Year-round, psycho-educational program for seriously emotional disabled children/ teens who require day or residential treatment services. Provides a group living program on the center's grounds and a special education program through the New Directions School. Fees paid through Department of Mental Health (or other) and tuition collected through school systems.

The Three Rivers Program is called a “Clinically Intensive Residential Treatment Program” (CIRT). It is the most intensive residential treatment setting provided by Massachusetts for children 6-12 years of age. It is also the only CIRT in the state.
