Narrative

Serves people with mild to severe intellectual disability who require supervision and training for skill development, in several residential models including 3 - 8 person staffed residences, independent apartment living and adult foster care. Goal is for each individual to become as independent and self-determining as they possibly can. Fees: DDS contract.

OPTION 1: Living independently in an apartment

OPTION 2: Living with a single person, couple, or family

OPTION 3: Living in a group home with other adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities
