Small groups in shared living with round-the-clock supervision.

Franklin/Hampshire Residential: Ten residential sites, funded by DDS, serving 37 individuals in the Franklin/Hampshire catchment area. Sites range from 2 to 5 residents per site, with eight sites receiving 24-hour staff supervision and support, and two sites receiving less than twenty-four hours of staff supervision and support.

Springfield/Westfield Residential Services: 10 residential sites, funded by DDS, serving 20 individuals. Sites range from 1 to 4 individuals per site, with all sites receiving 24-hour staff supervision and support.
