Narrative
Provides both 24 hour staffed apartment & residential support and meaningful day services (including medical, social & emotional, employment services, & ADLs) to adults who are diagnosed with intellectual disability (ID).
Provide day supports services, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, for adults with intellectual disabilities (IDD). Individualized supports. Also recreation, social supports to adults living at home.
