Revitalize CDC performs critical repairs, modifications and rehabilitation to the homes and nonprofit facilities of low to moderate-income families that include:

- people with special needs
RCDC offers “Affordable Housing Redevelopment Services” in the areas of energy-efficiency, safety, accessibility and healthy homes.
