The Roger B. Trask Adult Day Health Center is here for those who need extra help maintaining their independent lifestyle. The Center provides a warm and friendly setting. We have a professional staff. We have a registered nurses, licensed social worker, activities coordinator and health aides. We offer a structured and supervised daily program of fun activities. Activities are tailored for elders and with individual interests and levels of functioning.
