Narrative

Nonprofit Medicaid-funded day habilitation program. Provide services to adults who are developmentally disabled due to a mental or physical impairment. Through a variety of groups, we help individuals reach their optimal level of physical, social, developmental, occupational and intellectual capability.  Program staff consists of Program Director, Program Manager, RN, three clinical consultants (Speech Pathologist, Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist) and one Developmental Specialist.  List of some groups:  Smartboard/Apple TV and IPAD activities, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Expressive Therapy, Domestic Skills, Gross Motor/Exercise, Language and socialization groups,  Sign-Language group, Nutrition Groups and Community Integration.
