Narrative
The School to Work Program provides individualized support customized to each students needs and IEP goals, allowing
the opportunity to transition successfully from high school into employment or post- secondary education.
The overall emphasis of the program is to progress toward a level of independence in the areas of working, living,
and community integration.
Young adults ages 16 – 21 will participate in individualized vocational assessments, work experiences, learn self -advocacy skills, interact with
others in the community, learn life skills, and strengthen their confidence level and social skills.
