Narrative

I collaborate with parents of children (all ages) with disabilities to indentify and achieve goals in all dimensions of self-care. Examples include physical and mental health, exercise, nutrition, sleep, community, fulfillment, mindfulnes, and spirituality.  I am a certified coach through Duke Health.  I have a law degree and a master's in infant-toddler development.  I worked as a special needs attorney and advocate and as an early intervention developmental specialist.

I always offer a free consultation and I accept a reduced fee when clients are unable to pay my usual fees.
