Senior Companions are active older adults who help other adults live independently. They offer:

• companionship
• socialization opportunities
• moral support
• information and referral services
• transportation 
• friendship

Senior Companions are over the age of 55 and volunteer 15 to 40 hours per week. They offer services to less fortunate elders within their community. Services are free for the elder in need.
