Who is eligible for Adult Family Care in Massachusetts?
* Adults who are unable to live alone because of a medical, physical, cognitive, or mental disability
* Adults who require daily assistance with one or more activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Adults who are eligible for MassHealth
Mass Health funded program designed to allow a person, 16 years of age or older, with a medical or mental disability to live a meaningful life in a qualified home setting. He or she requires supervision and prompts or physical assistance with everyday ADLs.
