Skilled nursing facility that provides short, transitional, and long term residential care for children & young adults with multiple disabilities & profound ID who have complex or chronic medical needs. Admissions must be approved by the Medical Review Team of the Department of Public Health. Fees are generally reimbursed by medicaid and /or private insurance.
