Shared Living program matches active people with disabilities with people/families willing to welcome them into their hearts and homes. The program is funded by the Department of Disability Services (DDS) and Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC). Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a program that gives both financial support and practical assistance to families who are caring for a family member at home.
