Narrative

The mission of SMILE Mass is to help families raising children or adults with disabilities enjoy happy, healthy memories through vacation and recreation experiences.

Club SMILE Mass Weekly Activities:

• 1:1 Swim Sessions – with specially trained instructors
• Inclusive Community Outings
• Social Skills & ADLs
• Music Therapy
• Inclusive Community Jobs
• Individual & Group Crafts
• Gym Sessions – with specially trained coaches
• Adaptive Bike Riding
• And so much more!

SMILE Mass partners with fitness gyms in Framingham and Sudbury. People can get one-on-one gym training & swimming access with our specially-trained coaches. In addition to our in-person classes, members have access to virtual weekly Zoom sessions consisting of:

• music therapy
• story time
• book club
• bingo 
• adaptive gym

All our levels also provide a bike eval and an adaptive bike to be used as long as the person remains a club member.
