Narrative

Head Start provides comprehensive center-based and home-based preschool education for children ages 3-5 years old. In addition, the program provides support services that include health and dental care, nutrition, special education, parent skill workshops, and social services. Children are provided with a daily lunch and breakfast or snack, which meet all federal and state nutrition guidelines. Classrooms typically operate from September through early June, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-2pm.

Community Services provides support to families in our Childcare and Head Start programs by connecting them to services and enrichment activities. Our goal is to create and sustain recreational programming to engage the families we serve in the community.
