Narrative

Goals: To provide an enriched preschool experience for eligible children in the community, to provide a program which is planned & developed by Head Start parents, staff, and community people, and to provide jobs for Head Start parents & other target area residents. Also has contract with ACF and DOE. Main office is located at345 Union Avenue, Framingham, Phil Fokas is the Director. He can be reached at the main office number. Serves children age 15 months to 5th grade.

Program also provides child care for children 15 months to 11 years old who have parents that are working full time/going to school.

Program is part of a larger agency, South Middlesex Opportunity Council, providing many services to low income families/individuals.

Centers are located in Framingham, Marlboro, Medway, Milford and Northbridge. Each center is able to serve children from surrounding towns.
