Venture Community Services owns and operates several businesses in South Central Massachusetts. Our businesses are mission-driven. They offer valuable resources to our community. We provide integrated employment opportunities to people with intellectual, developmental, and emotional disabilities served by our agency.

These supported employment programs empower our members in becoming productive, self-determined contributing members of society. We focus on the person's abilities and interests. We help build social and work skills. We offer the ongoing supports required to be successful in the workplace.
