Narrative

The ACCS South County programs consist of three group homes and a community based treatment team who assist adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues. Our programs are located in the South County portion of Central Massachusettes. Each group home provides individualized programming in the areas of case management, care coordination, life skills training, individual & group counseling, psychiatric consultation and leisure activities. The community based treatment program consists of various supports such as clinical services, case management, peer recovery, housing, substance use, nursing, and psychiatric consultation to provide wraparound support to individuals served. Supported housing and employment services are also available in the South County Area.
