Narrative

STAY Pet Services is a program of SeniorCare Inc., providing in-home care for your pets, dog walking, and specialty services such as transporting pets to the vet or groomer. The STAY team is comprised of both paid staff and experienced volunteers to provide a wide range of skills and geographic reach. All STAY staff and volunteers are carefully vetted, including an interview, Criminal Record (CORI) and Registry of Motor Vehicle checks, training and ongoing monitoring. Many STAY volunteers are part of SeniorCare’s RSVP Program and are 55+. SeniorCare values the benefits of pet ownership for older adults and those with disabilities. Therefore, we specialize in serving these pet care needs, regardless of an ability to pay. Thanks to funding from Meals on Wheels America and private donations, we provide free and discounted pet services on an as-needed basis. When you choose STAY, you are supporting low-income elders and adults with disabilities, as all revenue goes towar providing pet services for those in need.
