Narrative
The Options for Community Living Program is a community-based supported living model of services implemented to meet the needs of people with developmental/physical disabilities. People receive supports while living in accessible apartments in eastern Massachusetts communities. The service model looks like independent living programs with additional supports. We address skill areas which a person cannot presently manage independently.
Provides community-based consumer-directed case management services, Services can maximize the independence of adults with disabilities. Services require a funding source or the financial ability to self pay for services.
