The Purple Camp Summer Sleepaway For Children With Epilepsy

Family Camp 2025
Welcome families! Whether it's a family of 2 or a family of 5, we encourage the whole crew to come out for this overnight camp. It's held at beautiful Grotonwood Camp and Conference Center. There is no limitation on the number of family members.
All camper applications are submitted to a medical committee. They review a camper’s fit for the health, safety, and programming goals and parameters for each camp.
Camp is staffed 24 hours a day by a nurse, camp counselors, and EFNE staff who have training in seizure recognition and seizure first-aid. Staff work with children with epilepsy who have diverse needs. Neurologists volunteer their time during the day and are on call at night.
