TouchStream is a collaborative, tablet-based system that helps people live independently and keeps caregivers informed, making it easy to provide support from anywhere. TouchStream helps people accomplish their daily activities and simplifies the management of medications and chronic health conditions. Our clients are diverse and include individuals with disabilities, adults with chronic health conditions, and older adults. The system helps individuals feel more confident about their own abilities while enabling caregivers to provide support in an unobtrusive manner. The system can even send alerts to family and caregivers for missed meds, changes in health, or when an essential activity is missed.
