Narrative
Open Sky Community Services provides a range of innovative, specialized programming for young adults and transition-age youth.
We focus on evidence-based practices such as Peer Support and Supported Employment. Our young adult and transition-age youth services help young adults to develop the skills and resiliency to achieve their life, educational and career goals, even during times of stress.
Residential treatment, supported housing programs, supported employment, and community-based flexible support for transition age young adults ages 18-25.
