Narrative

As with all programs at League School, the Transition Program employs the SCERTS Model as the overarching framework for instruction. The Transition Program at League School is designed to meet the needs of those students who are pursuing a vocational path in their postsecondary plans. The program educates students between the ages of 16 and 22 with a focus on functional academics, vocational training, social communication, emotional regulation, independent living skills, community experiences, and safety awareness.
