Narrative

Our Student Services support students age 18-22 transition to adulthood, while supporting growth and preparation for living as independently as possible.  We work diligently to prepare students for their life after school, with a full schedule concentrating on adult living skills, social skills, healthy living, and employability.

We serve individuals living with any challenge, including: 

• Autism Spectrum Disorders

• Anxiety

• Intellectual Disabilities

• Learning Challenges

Our services include:

• Evaluation of work readiness, aptitude/interest, and future employment goals and support needs

• Vocational skills training

• Public transportation training

• Daily living skills training, such as cooking, budgeting and community safety

• Social skills training and groups

• Self-regulation strategy training

Program Format: 

• Attendance 5 days a week

• School year schedule (September-June) with summer session option

• Evaluation of skills and support needs during first 45 days of attendance

• Schedule and goals based on student needs

• Goals and objectives identified and support plan put in place with school, family, and student input

• Maximum staff to student ratio of 1:5
