Narrative

Monday-Friday 6 am-11 pm. A private chair car service. Need 24 hour advanced notice. Serves a 35 mile radius from Springfield. Call for fees, base fee + mileage. Medicaid accepted. Also provides 24 hour ambulance service which serves 40 miles radius from Springfield. Has contracts with Pioneer Valley Transit Authority and Westmass Eldercare.
