Our professionally trained and certified Rehabilitation Specialists on staff work closely with the families, caregivers and clinical community - physical therapist, occupational therapist, physiatrists and other specialty physicians – to ensure that the Rehabilitation and adaptive equipment needs are met. These relationships are key to obtaining documentation that is required by the payors and to ensure the customer receives the most appropriate equipment. Our certified repair technicians provide scheduled repair services or emergency response which can be done in the home, school, facility or our repair center. Our fully equipped repair center is accessible to all – a separate entrance located in the back of the facility allows accessible vans and buses to drop off right at the door.
