Funded by donations from consumers, businesses, state and the arts for some programs. Licensed broadcast service. Does not use interpreter for non-English. Nonprofit volunteer/community service organization. Time between ordering and delivery depends on funds available. Reads newspapers, books, magazines, etc to blind and vision impaired, seven days a week. Available through some cable stations. Equipment loan is for a radio reading program.
