Narrative

Multi-disciplinary team: Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist. Outpatient therapy for a range of neurological, orthapedic and developmental disabilities. Treat adult and pediatric patients. Group exercise programs available. Hospital wide support programs available. Speech and language, cognitive and swallowing. Must be referred by a physician.

With three distinct programs, the center meets both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation needs. Our acute care rehabilitation services provide therapy for patients who are experiencing functional impairment or physical deconditioning while hospitalized for any reason.

The outpatient rehabilitation program includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language pathology services, for those who are back in the community.
