VNA Care Network & Hospice offers health care in patients' homes including nursing; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; social work; and nutrition.  The nonprofit agency also offers hospice for the terminally ill in patients' homes and hospice residences in Worcester, Needham, and Cambridge.
