They have two locations in Waltham: TeenCenter, 685 Lexington St. and the Main Club at 20 Exchange Street. The membership fee is $15 for 6-18 years old per year. Limited program service fees. Our Club facility is handicapped accessible and offers inclusive programs for youths of all abilities.
