Narrative

Day Habilitation provides services to individuals at a variety of sites that are pleasant, friendly, fully accessible and conveniently located near community resources.  Staff members believe that all persons with disablities can learn and grow when given the proper supports to succeed.  Each person has an individually designed service plan that outlines his or her support needs and personal goals.  The plan is structured to encouarge independence, enhance social integration, and improve the quality of the indivudal's life.  All services are grounded in a person-centered philosophy in whcih each individual is engaged as a partner to define needs and identify desired supports.
