Narrative

Transportation for local medical appointments are provided based on availability.  Please schedule transportation with us as soon as you book your medical appointment.  Last minute scheduling will only be accommodated if the schedule permits.  Minimal donations per trip at $3.00 each way are sought to help cover the expenses of the transport and the vehicles we need to transport in.  This service is only available to Weymouth seniors 60+.    Please call transportation to schedule local medical appointments and to inquire more about this service (781-682-3824)

We are happy to announce that seniors now have the opportunity to schedule transportation to and from their homes to the senior center.    Two  vans will be available to transport you to and from your favorite programs at the senior center.  Need a ride to exercise class?  Need a ride to the writers workshop?   Maybe you need a ride to the senior center to meet with our SHINE representative or need an in person appointment with Outreach?   If you are independently able to get in and out of our elder services vans, we are able to add to you the list of riders.   The cost to use this service will be $1.00 each way or $2.00 roundtrip and will be first come first serve until we figure out how many people wish to use the service.
