Paid work opportunities at the PRIDE Production and Packaging facilities develop and improve upon job readiness skills in a supportive and caring environment. Assessments are done in our employment setting to determine one's ability to follow work schedules, directions, supervision and rules. Individuals may explore a wide variety of production and assembly work to coincide with varying interest and abilities and prepare for the transition to community employment.
