Goodwill offers a variety of services to support people with developmental, intellectual, and other disabilities.

Vocational Programs

Through our vocational programs, Goodwill helps people in reaching their individual employment goals. For those in need of on-the-job training, Goodwill offers a paid training experience that simulates competitive employment expectations.

Job development and job placement activities are provided to ensure positive employment outcomes. Once a job has been secured, follow-up support including retention counseling, transportation assistance, and job coaching. Help is provided as needed to support each person in reaching and maintaining the employer’s expectations and standards.
