Narrative

This is a part time recreation department that offers a limited amount of programs. There is a town beach is that is open in the summer months. Daily fee.

It is Recreation's overall intent to encourage the participation of individuals and families to develop the highest possible level of physical and mental well being. The Recreation Director, along with the Recreation Committee manages a wide range of programs include the responsibilities for Sweatt Beach maintenance and life guarding, planning new park facilities, and providing a wide variety of recreation programs.  Recreation is driven to provide a safe and secure environment for the public to enjoy Wrentham’s open space areas while collaborating with other organizations to promote community pride.
