Narrative

The Young Parent Support Program offers a once a week home visit to every family. During home visits, goals identified by DCF and or the young parents are address to help them better understand their role as parents as well as to teach them about their child(ren)’s growth and development . The goal of the program is to preserve the family through parenting education.
