Narrative
Summary: Youth and young adults, under age 26, can find peers and mentors with disabilities. These peers and mentors can relate to the unique challenges of growing up with a disability.
This is a state-wide initiative with meetings and events held in Boston, Springfield, Worcester, and East Bridgewater.
Through Easterseals MA mentoring programs we strive to bring together people with disabilities to connect and learn from one another. We invite disabled people to join in the community that will best fit them. Our mentoring programs include both community groups as well as an overnight retreat. During this time, we are offering online groups to offer a space for these groups to continue to connect as well as discuss and learn about topics important to them.
