Narrative

Transition Adulthood Progam (TAP) - assists youth between the ages of 14-22 who are still in high school to set goals and connect to supports and services that will assist them in life after high school. Youth program to help children with disabilities cope in their environment. Help special education children transition to adult services.

Transition Internship Program (TIP) - great opportunity for youth with disabilities, ages 16-21, to gain their first work based employment experience. 

Transition Pathway Services (TPS) is a partnership between BCIL and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) designed to enhance competitive integrated employment and post-secondary enrollment outcomes for high school students living with significant disabilities.
